What you can expect upon arriving to your appointment:

• Our appointment slots are limited to reduce the number of patients in our office on a daily basis.
• Patients are required to wear a face mask or face covering when arriving at our office.  
• Patients will be screened at our office including a temperature check. Please complete the Health Update and Covid-19 Screening forms prior to your appointment. They can be found on our ‘Forms’ tab.
• Our waiting rooms are for patients only and will obey social distancing. Seating space is limited and will be separate.
